I just want to report on our experience at the office Christmas party last Sunday.  Everything was DELICIOUS.  Our waiter/waitress were attentive and very professional.  Everyone was friendly, the room was very adequate, food was delicious and presented beautifully.  We enjoyed the evening.  Thank you for helping to plan it all.

We want to tell you how much we all enjoyed our party and dinner at the Museum on Saturday night.  We have been getting all kinds of "rave review" comments from the guests.  They loved the facility and the delicious dinner!  The wine-tasting was a big hit, along with appetizers.  Everyone was very impressed with the staff, and what we all felt was an excellent level of service.  On a personal level, your own very calm and warm demeanor made those of us on the committee feel very at ease about our choices.  All of your attention to details (even the holiday background music) is so very much appreciated.  Several people have asked for information for friends and acquaintances who are looking for places and ideas for great business or holiday party spots, and we are passing along information to them.

Just a note to let you know how much we appreciated all your help with our birthday brunch of January 21.  We were just completely blown away. The setting was stunning, the tables gorgeous and the food fabulous. Throw in  the snow and the result was truly magical. One of the guests commented that it was like being in a snow globe. The servers were amazing, too. We all felt quite pampered. In this day and age, when it often seems difficult to get good service, we were constantly impressed by your responsiveness and efficiency.  You did a marvelous job coordinating all the behind-the-scenes details to ensure an occasion we'll be reminiscing about for years.

Thanks again!  Everyone raved about dinner and your restaurant. I was so glad to be able to show it off!  My halibut was to die for; I wanted to lick my plate. Hopefully there might be another business thing some time, but definitely you'll see me again, and probably some of the others.  I think I was the only one who previously eaten at Fresco, and I heard several say they'd like to bring their spouses.  Everyone (and we have some picky eaters) really liked it.

This is just a quick note of thanks to you and the staff at Fresco for making the dinner celebration my family and I had last Saturday night really special. The weather was perfect for our table in the garden (though I know none of us can take credit for that one, it sure was great to have such a lovely evening) and everyone enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere -especially the kids!

The food was excellent and Matt did an exceptionally nice job taking care of our table. We very much appreciated his attention to the smallest of details. In fact, each staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful. All in all, we had a lot of fun.

I just wanted to send a quick note to tell you how much we enjoyed our dining experience last night.   We sat outside which we requested and loved it.  Also I had mentioned when I made the reservations that we had 3 birthdays in our party and when we arrived, were all wished happy birthday and received a free dessert. I used to run  a gourmet restaurant myself and have very high expectations when I dine out.  Fresco met them all.  Madison is very lucky to have such an outstanding restaurant in there town! Your staff, your food, your ambiance are wonderful.  Thanks for making my birthday dinner such a fun night.

Wonderful experience at Fresco- not first time there.  Waiter was pleasant, helpful and very attentive even though we were obviously not his only table.  Food was FANTASTIC!  Scallop appetizers and Tuna appetizers PERFECT.  Made for  a wonderful evening.

My mother and I were in town from Minneapolis for the Badger game this past Friday evening and visited Fresco.  I was very impressed with the Fresco five specials--especially the variety of wines available by the glass. With my husband being in the wine business, I've been to many great restaurants however I just wanted to drop a note to say how much my mother and I enjoyed our experience at Fresco.  While we had only wine and some truffles, the service and atmosphere was outstanding.

Thanks.  I hope to be back in Madison soon to celebrate my anniversary with my husband.

Dear Fresco,

My wife and I visited Madison this past weekend and were so pleased that we chose to have dinner on January 26 at Fresco. You are blessed with a stunning setting in terms of building, restaurant interior, and dinnerware. Our server was outstanding and my special request for a vegetarian entree was done very, very well. The brussel sprouts in the grilled veggies was a masterful touch for  seasonal vegetables. The cost of our meal was very reasonable for the quality we enjoyed. Needless to say my wife and if very much enjoyed our meals and would  recommended Fresco to anyone.

Wishing you tons of business.  We'd love to dine with you a year from now when we'll be back.

I wanted to send you a quick note to say thank you to Fresco.  My wife and I, as well as a couple we are friends with, had dinner there last Friday night for the first time during restaurant week.  I wanted to applaud Fresco on a great experience.  The food was great, the wine pairings were great suggestions, and the atmosphere was just what we were all looking for to have a nice Friday night out with friends.

I look forward to my next experience at a Food Fight restaurant, as always.  Especially Fresco, considering we had quite a good experience.

Everyone loved the food!  They were so impressed- although they loved everything, the Beef Tenderloin and the BLT's were the absolute favorite of everyone!

We had a blast- if we ever need another caterer (if we host the party again next year) or for any other event, we will call you for sure!  Now we're spoiled!

I asked our Director what he though of the event by ranking it between 1 and 10, and I told him to be brutal. He immediately said it was a 10! He wouldn't budge when I poked at his reasoning. So, congratulations on pulling together a wonderful event. The feedback I've had from others has been excellent as well. And we have some very picky people here. The venue, service and food all ranked exceptionally high.

Sorry for the delay in responding, but I just want to say "Thanks much" to you and the staff at Fresco for making the birthday event we had there great fun and stress free.  You were most responsive and flexible during the planning process, which I appreciated. The service we received - both in the lounge and in the dining room - was excellent.  The staff was professional and attentive and seemed to be enjoying themselves while they worked.  Having been on a wait staff for 3 years, I know that this is not easy!  Also, the food and appetizers were, as always, delicious.

I just returned from attending a conference at the Hilton on Lake Monona in Madison. One of the highlights of my trip was the evening I spent dining with three other conference attendees at Fresco. The food & wine was excellent, but it was much more than that. The server (Gena) was very personable with a great personality that helped us set the tone for a nice relaxing evening. In this fast paced world, it's rare to find a place in the U.S. where dinner can be the entertainment of the evening. The relaxed atmosphere of Fresco reminded of those in France. What a great place. This Texan was impressed.
