Top chefs cook for REAP gala
March, 2012 - The REAP Spring Gala brings together eight of Madison’s top chefs for an evening of local food and specially selected wines, April 3, in the Concourse Hotel’s Grand Ballroom, 1 W. Dayton St. Each chef will host a table of 10 to 12 guests, preparing a five- to six-course dinner for the group.
